Whimsy

Hi Ladies!
I'm back for Visible Monday and Monday Mingle
Mr. D and I set the wedding date -
August 23!
We also booked our flight to Paris
The last time i was in Europe was 1987, I can't wait to go back!
We plan to spend a few days In  Paris
And then the train to Lyon, rent a car and drive to the South of France
We will also spend some time in Corsica
I have heard that Corsica is paradise on earth and once you get there you don't want to come back!
We will keep you posted when we get there!
a1 Got the  floral Docs for my birthday

I'm into mid -century skirts lately, inspired or vintage
Rummaging through E-Bay, Etsy and the thrift shops, way too expensive on line' but last Friday i found this skirt at Rennaissance for $5
I don't know when it was made but it has an old Loubens Made in Canada label so it's most likely an 80s does the 50s skirt but i'm no expert but i know that i like it a lot!

a2
 I love the pattern
 a3
I have found a few of you Ladies on Instagram, so pleased, it makes it easier to keep in touch and see what you are up to!

I have a 6 months medical follow up this afternoon
Another colposcopy-
I'm dressed  for the part part, I pulled out the whimsy clothes this morning to cheer me up!

Hopefully all will be ok !

Have  great week!

Je vous fait la bise

And congratulations on setting the date, and on your trip to France, how exciting!
Love the shirt dress with the funky print, your thrifted skirt is a beauty (who cares about the decade?!) and your black/red ensemble is super-chic. xxx

I cross my fingers that everything is o.k. Ariane and wish you good luck!
Your plans for your honeymoon trip sound great. South of France has one of the most beautiful coasts I have ever seen. Paris is wonderful in any case! And a am curious to hear more about Corsica. I don't know it.
Do you know the film "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain"! You should watch it as a warm-up for Paris. It is one of my favorite films. I am nearly sure you will also love it.
Hugs and love
Sabine
