Flowers, Fish, Polka Dots and Images of My Neighborhood

Hi Ladies !

Hope you are doing well this week

A few outfits - Different looks - Lets have fun

Plus i included a few images i took of my neighborhood

This is what i wore yesterday-
Both pieces were purchased in Maine last year
I paid $2 for the tee and skirt
The skirt was shortened

I love to mix patterns
I think polka dots and flowers go so well together

This is where i get my hair done
Remember i talked about a hairdresser with a little dog called Bobinette
Well this the place
It is at the end of my street
Sara  and Bobinette live upstairs

This is my street
This is typical Montreal century old neighborhoods
Notice the typical external staircases and the beautiful old trees
See the vegetation and the small fence around the trees- this another thing we do around here

This is what i wore at the beginning of the week
The top i had for years, this is an item i can not get rid of, it is too versatile
The skirt is a recent thrift find

This pattern is so eclectic, you got to love it
I adore as well le drapé of the skirt

This is the shop around the corner where we get our veggies, fruits, olives, bread, vegan and vegetarian food
The shop is also a bistro
One of those when i get the OK
I will show you the inside

Typical century old family home in  my neighborhood
These houses belonged to prominent citizens way back when
Some descendants still live in these houses

Art at the bus stop

Of course i had to have My Hello Kitty moment

Family coming out of church on a Sunday
I was walking to the library when i saw them - I had to take the pic, it is perfect!

Having brunch at restaurant Le Cabotin  on relaxed Sunday morning

I hope you enjoyed that post

I will see you soon!

Wow, you look glamorous in that great little black dress, with a zipper!
My favorite skirt of yours is that colorful one up there and the yellow shoes I am drooling over. Looks like you live in a neighborhood quite like mine. You sure would be fun to hang with!

I loved going on this little tour with you around your neighbourhood, it looks so beautiful. Your street and the old houses and the shop, I want to stroll around with you! And Haute Coiffure is the best name ever for a hairdressers!

What a fabulous set of outfits, love all the colour (you are always stunning in red), flowers and spots are a perfect combination, and the pale ruffled top is adorable. AND you look chic in all black! You wear everything so well, Ariane! xxxxxx

As usual, Ariane, you look killer - that second skirt is sooo lovely. Nice to see your 'hood too. My twin sis went to university in MTL (many, many moons ago) and I used to visit her sometimes - will never forget the curving wrought-iron staircases like the ones you've shown here ... brings back old memories! xo

You live in a very beautiful place! I love those little fences around the trees, showing the trees that they're appreciated! The old brick walls are fantastic - there's nothing that compares to the weathered and slightly battered look of old bricks.

Your outfits are of course all very cute, but I think the top one is my favorite. The pattern mix is perfect, right down to the necklace!

Your neighbourhood looks beautiful Ariane, love the little fences around the trees and the family going home from church, it's so different from the stereotypical image of Canada, I think "Northern Exposure" coloured my ideas of what Canada is like, too much I'm sure, though I did love that programme! And you look so stylish as usual, I love that little flippy white top with the bright skirt. xx

Your neighbourhood is so pretty! Thank you so much for the virtual tour. All of your outfits are so much fun, but I ADORE the pink and green together. I am drooling over the green pleated skirt (if you ever get tired of it, I would give it a good home)

Colour, colour and more colour! Thank you, thank you and thank you! There's a little more colour out here in the summer but we need about 1,000 clones of you to roam the streets to really make an impact - but good thing there's only one original!! Fabulous. But I must say you look so chic in that last black number.

Your neighborhood is so beautiful! I can't decide which of your looks I like best, but the graphic fish skirt may take the day :)

I love your colorful outfits. That skirt with the fish is so very cool. You have the talent to put together prints in the perfect way.
Your neighborhood is lovely. So different than where I live.
