Ce N'est pas de la Bagatelle ! - The Wedding is in 1 week

Hi Ladies!

Hope you are doing well - Nothing special on this side of the planet this week -

Izzy and myself are finalizing the last  wedding details - It is next Saturday, My Word! time flies!

I am all ready outfit wise,  I am all figured out! Just need to send the dress to the cleanners -

This dress i love - the label is Bagatelle

Bagatelle was originally a Canadian Company based out of Montreal - The sales office and showroom are in New York but the corporate office is in Montreal -

I played with words for the title of the post - Bagatelle in french means of no importance but in this case - Ce n'est pas de la bagatelle -  means  - No kidding! the wedding is in 1 week

The dress was purchased at La Gaillarde - I have put in the link of La Gaillarde - La Gaillarde is a non profit fashion boutique - i go once every 2 weeks  to see what they have in -

The label of the hat is Street Smart - Made in the US -

I  paired the dress with suede black boots found at St-Vincent de Paul this winter -
The boots are not lined so perfectly wearable in the summer !

I decided to throw in a few pics of the garden - This space will be decorated by Izzy for her wedding -
We will put more lighting, decorations - it should be pretty -

Next week will be super busy - Wish us luck!

And Oh!  thank you for the comments about the one glove thing i wore on the previous post - I knew i have seen it  somewhere! Michael Jackson of course!

I hope you enjoyed this post

I will be back soon

This is a great dress and some really sexy boots.
Can't wait to see a few wedding photos. Your yard looks like a great place for a wedding! Your daughter is so beautiful too.

You are obviously channelling all that amazing wedding energy into yourself. You are glowing in this outfit and wear that super cute dress and adorable hat perfectly. Great boots too. Again, your manicure is part of the garden. Best of luck!!!

What a beautiful dress, and perfect with the hat! I'm so happy to see that wearing a hat and glasses at the same time doesn't look awkward. I've found a vintage shop some time ago with the most incredible hats, but thought it would be too much with both glasses and a hat... Now I'll definitely give it a go!

Your garden is so romantic, perfect for a wedding, I wish you the best weather!

That's a wonderful dress, and you look terrific. I had not known the French phrase before, so thanks for that! Hope the wedding is wonderful.

Cute dress! And the idea of a non-profit fashion boutique is interesting.

I passed on the Sunshine Award to you. Check it out on my blog?

What a pretty dress, it's perfect with those boots, makes it a lot more edgy and rock and roll! Your hat is fabulous, too. I can't wait to see what you wear for Izzy's wedding.
The garden is such a beautiful and tranquil space, I can't picture anywhere more romantic! xxxxx

PS I think I've heard Hercule Poiret say "Ce n'est pas de la bagatelle" in the TV show!

I think this is one of my favorite outfits! I remember Bagatelle (I think they did beautiful sweaters too) and this dress is incredible. Then with the hat and boots, it's absolutely divine. Love it soooo much on you!!!!
