You've thrifted some wonderful pieces this month--I especially like the dress with the tulips.

I am with Terri on the dress with the tulips. The rest of it is great too. I just bought a red and white gingham shirt, but not thrift. You have some really good thrift stores and are an excellent shopper.

Oh no, Ariane, I'm nowhere near as bad as you, you've clearly got a problem... hahaha!
You've found some wonderful things.
You look amazing in that first purple dress; my favourites are the handkerchief top, the fabulous Hong Kong beaded dress, the red shoes, yellow skirt, silver shoes (how I wish they were mine!) and your peacock pendant in the last shot.
You may be an addict but you have an impeccable eye, my friend!
I keep thinking to send you something, but I can't compete with your amazing buys!!
Have a great weekend. xxxxxxx

Mmmm, the brown beaded dress looks fabulous, and I love the black and white oxfords. Great shopping, dear Ariane, you mix it all together wonderfully.

That yellow skirt with the pink poppies might look great with the floral poncho blouse above it. This is some great stuff!

so much thrifting goodness. I like the whole array of colors and patterns...I'm sure you will do a wonderful remixing job with these pieces. I like all your outfits, as usual, great color co-ordination and eclectic mix. Very inspiring always. You are so good at updating vintage pieces.

Oh Ariane, I think we'll have to start our own support group. I am as bad as you (we are not "bad", we are creative, interesting women who like to express ourselves through our clothing), but I can never find things as wonderful as yours for so cheap. My favourite is the purple and gold dress in the first pic, especially because you have paired it with purple docs. I love the beaded dress and the black and white shoes too! Can't wait to see what treasures April brings!

As often as I can, I go thrift shopping twice a week: Tuesdays at Goodwill when I can get my senior citizen 25% off discount (and I hit at least 2 stores near my home) and the Salvation Army on Wednesdays (all clothing 50% off). It is my therapy, hobby, whatever you want to call it.

Sometimes I wear the stuff as is, or I upcycle the pieces. Very rarely I resell them, and then only at a favorite consignment shop. That way I can build credit to get something I want from the shop. Otherwise, I don't resell because I want to leave treasures for other people to find.

I love your finds!!
